  1. Tak Tak for Tuk Tuk?!

Inspiration? Recently, I was searching for it… At least till June, I am not going to travel around India.I need to save some pennies for my big Himalaya and Goa trip in the early summer days.

    Can`t wait for that :)

So well, there are also no Indian festivals now either. It seems then that there is a high time to share with you some other stuff- things which I think might be interesting for you- travelers, or as I am writing also for future potential AIESEC trainees in India, helpful if you ever wanted to come to India and live here for a while or longer.

Let`s start with the public transportation then. If you know me well, you can imagine how hard it was to switch from my beloved blue urban bike to the tuk tuk, which is the most common public transportation aid here in India. Any confusion?

  2. Holi- Mysterious Land Of Colors

“Holi is a Hindu spring festival, celebrated for two to five days, commemorating Krishna’s dalliance with the cowgirls.

Bonfires are lit the night before and colorful powders and water are thrown the next day over the celebrants…”

This year Holi was celebrated on 1st of March.

Btw. I would say that it`s Polish “Smingus Dyngus” upgraded by colorful powders… ;)

I hope that you have an idea now how does it work :)

Enjoy pictures in the other posts.

Thank you Vasek and Rene for those 1st class photos!!! :)))

  3. The Story Behind Diu Dogs

The movie is a tribute documentary made by one of the interns- Galih.

    There are 3 parts:

    Ocean, Beach, Surprise

Don`t skip any of them. One is better than another ;)

The photos and footages were taken during one of the weekends in January 2010 in Diu Gujarat, India.

I guess I skipped heavy winter in Europe hmmm? ;))

Btw. don`t forget to turn on your speakers before watching!

Without the music is not the same!

I guarantee enjoyable next few minutes of yr life :)

  4. Wedding In Indian Style

    Hey Folks,

In the previous posts I shared  some shots from two wedding ceremonies, which I participated in. One set of pictures presents the wedding ceremony of my workmate- Rakesh the second one the wedding of Nancy- workmate and good friend.

Most of the pictures were taken by my fellow trainee Vaclav from Czech Republic.

But first of all, I am really sorry for such a long break in blogging. There are many reasons for that. Some of them are private, but some are more technical- I needed time to move my blog from blogspot to Tumblr, which I personally like much more. I hope that you have the same opinion :)

Btw I love the background of the profile!!
